Couleurs Café

A brasserie with a patina, a Provençal feel and a warm, green atmosphere, Le Café is set in the heights of Courchevel: each atmosphere has its own scenography, with a zinc counter, lounge tables for 2 or 10 people... The codes of the traditional brasserie are here, with modern touches: House of Hackney fabrics, hand-crafted mouldings and woodwork, bespoke tableware by Guy Degrenne, hand-patinated walls...

Provencal & contemporary brasserie

The menu offers a wide range of dishes inspired by traditional brasserie classics: essential dishes with Provençal and Savoyard accents. The cuisine is brilliantly executed using carefully selected ingredients.
Among the star starters are sea bass carpaccio with stracciatella cheese and red and black berries, the café's unmissable potatoes with caviar, and black truffle, chicken, and Comté cheese croque monsieur, all of which showcase a menu that doesn't compromise on taste.

For fond memories of childhood: the giant snow egg to share, the "Grandma" caramel cream and the chocolate soufflé tart will be your Proust's madeleines!

At nightfall, the Café offers a piano-bar atmosphere and French variety music: every evening, the Café has Parisian titi, English lords and New York bankers, seasoned skiers, Venetian poets and Berlin artists singing to the rhythm of the pianist and the singers to the tunes of Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour or the famous "Nathalie" by Gilbert Becaud.
