Inside, the lush, authentic Provençal-style decor combines modernity with light colors, moiré fabrics with floral prints, natural patinas and wood.

A large zinc counter to accompany a Savoie wine, wide soft seats for a comforting après-ski lunch or the High Table for happy mountaineers: in the sunshine of the Megevan countryside or in the softness of the subdued lights, at the Café, every moment will be marked by conviviality.

Provencal & contemporary brasserie

From lunch to dinner, the menu offers a whole range of multi-influenced dishes with a definite brasserie style, strong Savoyard touches and a slight Provencal flavors. Starters include eggs and leeks mimosa, onion soup "au gratin" with Beaufort cheese, a traditional "pâté en croûte" and oven-baked mussels with parsley sauce, all of which showcase a diversity of quality products.

Here, quality rhymes with generosity and, while the meats are top-notch, such as the amazing crispy veal sweetbreads, the "croustifondant" pork belly or the seven o'clock lamb, delicately confit with spices, there are also some fine seafood references to round off this anthology: simply roasted cod or a (very) large prawn seasoned with garlic and chilli.

For sweet childhood memories: the giant snow egg to share, the "Grandma" caramel cream and the chocolate soufflé tart will be your Proust's madeleines!

As night falls, it's time for a piano-bar atmosphere and French variety music: every evening, Le Café has an eclectic clientele singing and dancing to the sounds of French song: Megevans, "Titis" Parisian or skiers from faraway lands: the audience comes alive to the rhythm of the musicians and live singers to the tunes of Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour or Gilbert Becaud's famous "Nathalie".
