French brasserie charm under the Caribbean sun

Experience unique moments at Café Saint-Barth, where music, good food and camaraderie combine to create unforgettable memories.

Couleurs Café

Right in the heart of Gustavia, between the joyful bustle of the elegant Port and the famous red-roofed houses that color the tropical landscape, Le Café seduces with its unique style and shimmering decor. Inspired by the timeless codes of traditional brasseries, the restaurant offers a warm setting skilfully blending Provençal aesthetics with a subtle Caribbean touch.
The large zinc counter and flower-decorated high chairs, bistro tables and Mediterranean plants sit alongside meticulously-crafted vintage objects: cinema posters, weathered mirrors, an old-fashioned bookcase with red covers and deliciously retro names: Victor Hugo, Honoré de Balzac, Marcel Pagnol...

Le Café Saint-Barth: a new address on the paradise island of the Caribbean, where we see life in pink...

Contemporary Provençal brasserie

Our kitchen is the beating heart of Le Café, where French excellence meets the richness of Caribbean flavors. Each dish is carefully crafted using fresh, local ingredients. The menu features classic brasserie dishes infused with the sunny spirit of Saint-Barth: wahoo carpaccio with fresh raspberries and stracciatella rubs shoulders with escargots de Bourgogne in garlic butter, while our homemade pâté en croûte is perfect for solo dining or sharing.

Quality and generosity are the watchwords of our menu: poultry fricassee with morel mushrooms, entrecôte with "Le Café" butter or sole meunière with preserved lemons, a nod to Le Café's Provençal origins, will delight the most discerning palates.
For gourmet childhood memories: the giant snow egg to share, "Grandma's" crème caramel and chocolate soufflé tart will be your memory trigger!

Piano Bar

As night falls, it's time for a piano-bar atmosphere and French variety: every evening, Le Café has an eclectic clientele singing and dancing to the sounds of French chanson: Barthéloméens, Parisian titi, English lords and New York bankers: the audience comes alive to the rhythm of live musicians and singers to the tunes of Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour or Gilbert Becaud's famous "Nathalie".
